- Farfalle pasta
- Bacon
- Chard
- Olive oil
- 1 fresh lemon
- Salt & pepper
Chop chard into bite-size pieces. Boil with pasta till al dente (don’t spoil the veggies by overcooking!) whilst cooking bacon in another pan. Pour the bacon grease into a jar after cooking. Chop bacon into bite-size pieces. Add pasta, kale and bacon to the bacon pan with a toss of olive oil, salt & pepper and fresh lemon. Serve and be happy
