- 3 eggs
- 1 handful fresh spinach (torn into bite size pieces)
- Alternatively: 1 handful frozen spinach thawed and drained
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon milk
- Dash salt and pepper
- Dash garlic powder
- Teaspoon canola oil
Heat oil in small skillet until shimmering.
Meanwhile, combine eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder and milk in a bowl and whisk. Add spinach and cheese. Stir.
Pour egg mixture into pan and cook.
