Strawberry Lassi From the kitchen of katamano

SERVESPEOPLE

  • 2 lb fresh strawberries, trimmed and halved (7 cups)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom, rounded
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 4 cups plain yogurt
  • 2 cup ice cubes

Put everything in a blender except the yogurt and ice, and blend well.

Then add the yogurt and ice. And… blend.
