SERVES 8 PEOPLE
- 2 lb fresh strawberries, trimmed and halved (7 cups)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom, rounded
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 4 cups plain yogurt
- 2 cup ice cubes
Put everything in a blender except the yogurt and ice, and blend well.
Then add the yogurt and ice. And… blend.
