Melt in saucepan:
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 c plain yogurt
- 4 T cocoa
- 1 c water
Bring to rapid boil & pour over
- 2 c flour
- 2 c sugar
Beat then add:
- 1/2 c buttermilk
- 2 eggs
- 1 t soda
- 1 t vanilla
Mix well & pour into a greased 16” x 11” pan. Bake 20 min @ 400.
Icing
Bring to boil then remove from heat:
- 1 stick butter
- 4 T cocoa
- 6 T milk (or buttermilk)
Then add:
- 1 box powdered sugat
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 c pecans (optional)
Beat & pour over hot cake.
