- 1# pork sausage, crumbled
- 2 C. dried lentils, cooked & drained, or 4 1/2 to 5 C. cooked lentils
- 1/2 c. lentil cooking liquid
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1 T. Worcestershire sauce (or Tamari soy sauce)
- 1/2 t. salt
- Dash of pepper
- 1 C. shredded Cheddar cheese
Brown sausage in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Add next 6 ingredients; mix well. Pat into oiled 9 x 13-inch dish; sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400ยบ for 30 minutes.
