Wheat and Honey Bread From the kitchen of kelpiep

  • 1 T yeast
  • 2 1/4 c whole wheat bread flour
  • 1 c gluten flour (or white bread flour)
  • 1 t salt
  • 2 T honey
  • 2 T butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c + 1 T warm water (120º to 130º)

I’m pretty sure this will just make one loaf of bread. Follow the instructions to the other bread recipe. Let me know how this turns out! I haven’t used my bread maker in a long time, but this is the recipe I used, I’m pretty sure.
