Egg & Toast

Broccoli Slaw - adapted from Stephanie Hinton From the kitchen of kelpiep

  • 2 bunches fresh broccoli, chopped
  • 2/3 c raisins
  • 1/2 c salted peanuts (I use very coarsely chopped pecans, almonds or other nuts)

Mix together with 1 c Marzetti Lite Slaw Dressing

(Stephanie’s recipe also calls for 1 c bacon, cooked & crumbled, and 1/2 c chopped onion)

Refrigerate overnight, tossing occasionally.
