Vegetable Dip - from Peggy Hamilton From the kitchen of kelpiep

Mix in blender:

  • 1 c. mayo
  • 2 T. lemon juice
  • 2 T. anchovy paste
  • 1 8 oz cream cheese (Neufchatel)
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • 2 t. garlic powder

Chill & serve with raw veggies – yummy!
