- 1 large or 2 small eggs
- 1/2 t. cinnamon
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. fat-free evaporated milk
- 1/2 c. milk (skim, 2% or whole)
- 1/4 c. raisins
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. left-over brown rice, cooked
Blend together and cook over double boiler until done, stirring occasionally.
