Weight Watcher’s Vegetable Soup (from Jean) From the kitchen of kelpiep

  • 46 oz tomato juice (Jean uses V8)
  • 1 c chicken broth

Cabbage, celery, string beans, zucchini, summer squash, carrots, onions, salt, pepper, garlic to taste

Add 1 c fire roasted diced tomatoes

Makes a lot, and freezes very well.
