- 1 package Jiffy or other cornbread mix (8.5 oz.)
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped (Optional; we don’t put this in ours)
- 1 17 oz. can cream style corn
- 1 17 oz. can cut corn, undrained
Bake in a shallow 2 qt. casserole (well greased or sprayed) @ 350 deg. for approx. 1 hour or until set. Don’t over cook.
