Preheat oven to 375º

Ingredients:

• 1/2 c. butter
• 1/2 c. brown sugar
• 1/2 c. granulated sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 c. peanut butter
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp. baking soda
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 1-1 1/2 c. flour (just enough so that the dough isn’t sticky)

Hershey kisses

Directions:

Beat butter. Add in sugars. Beat in egg, peanut butter, salt, soda and vanilla until combined. Add in flour until the dough forms a ball and is no longer sticky.

Drop dough by the tablespoon onto cookie pans lined with parchment. Place a kiss in each and bake for 10-12 minutes.
