Ingredients
- 1 sweet onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 jalapeƱo, seeded
- 1 small can of pineapple, chopped
- 2 small or 1 large tomato
- A few whole tomatoes from a can, save the rest for a sauce or something
- cumin
- chili powder
- some smoked paprika
- 1tsp. white vinegar
- a small squeeze of honey
- salt and pepper
Directions:
Roughly chop onion, peppers and raw tomato. Add to a food processor along with pineapple, canned tomatoes, vinegar, honey and spices. Pulse a few times. If you have cilantro, I suggest adding it. Sadly, I did not.
