Ingredients:
- 1-2 c. frozen corn
- 1 T. or so of softened butter
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- salt + pepper
Directions: Mix the butter and spices until thoroughly combined. Heat corn in a pan with a little butter or oil until cooked and no longer cold/frozen. Mix the corn and spiced butter until corn is evenly coated.
