This is sort of a barbecue sauce, sort of a tomato sauce. It’s tasty.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cups GuinnessĀ® Extra Stout
- 1/2 TB (or so) of chili paste
- 1/4 cup Brown sugar
- 1/4 cup Molasses
- 1 Tbsp Red wine vinegar
- 1/2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 tsp seasoning salt
- 1 small can tomato paste
Directions Add beer and seasoning salt to a saucepan and stir to combine. Heat on medium heat and add in the rest of the ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer until thickened, about 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat, cool and refrigerate.
