Ingredients
- Tortillas
- Fish (tilapia)
- Avocado
- Hot peppers
- Shredded cabbage
- Time saving tip: use cole slaw mix
- Thinly sliced onion
- Roughly chopped cilantro
- Yogurt sauce
- Yogurt
- Cumin
- Lime
- Salt
- Breading (if you’re going the fried route)
- Buttermilk
- Flour
- Cayenne
- Paprika
- Salt
- Nice shredded muenster cheese
Instructions
- Grill (my preferred method), sauté, or fry the fish
- If grilling: get the fish all olive oily and sprinkle some salt, a bit of Tony’s, and a bit of lime juice on it
- Get all the other ingredients prepared and set out for taco construction
- Build your tacos in this order:
- tortilla
- fish
- any any everything except the sauce and cilantro
- sauce
- cilantro (gosh that’s pretty right on top)
