Tequila Lime Chicken From the kitchen of trey

Yea Trey OK. This is for 4 chicken breasts (or whatever chicken you have). -Juice of 3 limes -1 tsp salt -1 1/2 tsp granulated garlic (or 2 minced cloves of garlic) -2 ounces of tequila -2-3 ounces of olive oil (whisk slowly into mixture) -1 tsp ground pepper (You may realize that I don’t usually measure any of the ingredients)

Rice and dry chicken. Place chicken in a covered container-I use a 1 gallon zip lock bag. Pour mixture on chicken with 1 or 2 of the squeezed lime halves. Let marinate at least 1 hour. Longer if you can (2-3 hours)

I (usually you) cook them over a grill but you can cook them in a frying pan on medium high heat until the centers are 165F or the centers are white. Let sit for 5 minutes. (This part you didn’t need because you know how to cook chicken!!) Eat Yea the Dad’s recipe.
