- 3 cups of all purpose flour
- ¼ tsp instant yeast
- 1¼ tsp salt
Mix together.
- 1½ cups of water
Mix again.
Cover in plastic wrap and let sit for 12-20 hours.
Cook at 500º in a pot in the oven for 30 minutes with cover closed and another 15 with the cover off.
