Spinach Scrambled Eggs From the kitchen of Megan

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 handful fresh spinach (torn into bite size pieces)
    • Alternatively: 1 handful frozen spinach thawed and drained
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • Dash salt and pepper
  • Dash garlic powder
  • Teaspoon canola oil

Heat oil in small skillet until shimmering.

Meanwhile, combine eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder and milk in a bowl and whisk. Add spinach and cheese. Stir.

Pour egg mixture into pan and cook.
