Quinoa Vegetable Salad From the kitchen of birdsoar

Salad

  • Spinach
  • Bacon
  • Avocado
  • Quinoa
  • Feta cheese (optional)
  • Tomato
  • Dressing

    • Sunflower Oil
    • White Vinegar
    • Salt & Pepper
    • Chop the bacon into bite-sizes pieces, then cook.

      Boil 1 cup quinoa per 2 cups water (yields 2-4 servings). Simmer about 20 minutes, and cool in the fridge.

      Combine all the ingredients in a bowl with the dressing. Let it chill in the fridge for about an hour (optional).

      Feel healthy! Look great! Impress your friends and neighbors!
